Target Audience
Physicians and care providers who care for patients with disorders of the larynx, pharynx, esophagus, and lungs. This event is designed to provide education for otolaryngologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, and thoracic surgeons.

Registration Fees

Online registration will open here using an online registration form that will be made available on this page.

Please note that registration and payment in advance are mandatory in order to participate to the Congress.

Online registrations will close on Friday, September 30, 2022.

After this date, all new registrations will be processed on site.

For your information, payments can be made by:

  • Purchase order (for French Participants only)

If you register a third party, you have to create an account in his/her name, and enter the complete contact information of the participant. You can enter two e-mail addresses: yours and that of the third party you register.

Conference registration includes: access to the 3 conference days (except for staff/exhibitor badges), to the exhibition, and congress documents. Registration fee does not include the Congress Dinner, which can be booked online if needed.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation requests must be sent to AOS by e-mail, fax or mail. For cancellation requests received by July 15, 2022, the registration fee minus an administration charge of 50 Euros will be refunded. For cancellation requests received from July 16, 2022, or if the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid and there will be no refund. All refunds will be made after the Congress. No registration will be taken into account without payment or official purchase order.

By plane

The international airport of Marseille-Marignane is about 25 minutes away from the centre of Marseille. 83 cities in 30 countries are directly linked to this airport; a link with Paris runs every half an hour.

Bus shuttles from the Airport to Marseille Saint Charles train station:

Subway (line 1 and 2):

First departure time: 5:00 a.m. from all terminuses.
Last departure time: 22:30 p.m. from Mondays to Thursdays and 0:30 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

If you take the subway line no. 1, which runs from "La Rose" to "La Fourragère", stop at the "Vieux Port" station.

Free maps and guides are available at the information desks and in the main subway stations: La Rose, St Just, Réformés, Saint Charles, Vieux Port, Estrangin, Castellane, La Timone, Bougainville, Joliette, Noailles, Rond Point du Prado and Ste Marguerite.
